About Us

A community bank that acts like one.

For nearly 150 years, we’ve stood beside our neighbors, working to strengthen the communities we share. By supporting local schools, small businesses, and the traditions that bring people together, we carry forward a legacy of service that continues today.

Like you, our families are rooted here. We cheer in the same bleachers, shop at the same stores, and celebrate the same milestones that matter most.

When you bank with us, you’re not just choosing a financial institution—you’re investing in your community.

Behind every account, loan, or handshake is a team of people who care deeply about our customers and communities. We’re not just bankers—we’re your neighbors, your kids’ coaches, your fellow volunteers, and your biggest supporters.

At Bank of the Flint Hills, our employees are more than staff. They’re family. Many have been with us for decades, building long-lasting relationships with generations of customers. Their dedication and heart are what make banking with us feel personal, neighborly, and genuine.

When you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by familiar faces, friendly smiles, and people who know your name—not just your account number.

Because here, banking isn’t just about money—it’s about people.

Meet Our Team

Since 1876, Bank of the Flint Hills has been built on trust, integrity, and neighborly care. Our commitment is simple: to serve with heart, invest in our communities, and help every customer achieve their goals.

Because we’re locally owned and locally operated, every decision is made right here—where we live, work, and raise our families alongside you. While banking tools and technology continue to evolve, our promise stays the same: to always put people and community first.

That’s what it means to be a true community bank.
